The Philippines
McConnell Dowell Philippines Inc operates with a Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board, Triple "A" License, valid for Civil, Structural, Building, Mechanical and Electrical Works. Over the past few years the Company has successfully completed a number projects, including contracts for Siemens, First Gas/ British Gas, Shell, Foster Wheeler and Van Oord.
As part of a global organisation McConnell Dowell Philippines Inc can draw on the vast resources of the Group's South East Asian base for staff and plant to carry out self perform projects across all disciplines.
The group are currently undertaking the Didipio Mine Drainage Tunnel in Northern Luzon for Oceana Gold which includes the construction of a six kilometre long drainage tunnel which is required to dewater a major fault through the orebody prior to commencing underground mining.
